Chami Automotive Inc. is a full-service automotive business in Sugar Land, Texas, offering auto repair, collision and body shop work, classic car restoration, and performance tuning.

All repair, body, restoration, and performance work is governed by the written estimate or repair order you sign at the shop, not by these Terms or by any chat conversation. Estimates are based on visible condition and reasonable assumptions; final cost may change if inspection or teardown reveals additional damage or needed parts, and we will obtain your authorization before performing additional work. Vehicles left at the shop are subject to our posted policies, including applicable storage charges and any rights we hold under Texas law regarding unpaid repair and storage charges.
You agree not to use our website or messaging channels to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content; attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems; or scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may stop responding to, or block, any user who abuses these channels.
The Chami Automotive name, logo, photos, and website content belong to Chami Automotive Inc. or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent.
Our messaging runs in part on third-party platforms such as Google, and our website may link to third-party sites. Those services have their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
The website and messaging Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the website or chat will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information provided through them is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chami Automotive Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or messaging Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Texas law in connection with repair work we perform on your vehicle.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from the website or messaging Services will be resolved in the state courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website or messaging channels after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
